18th Annual General Meeting 2011

The Sri Lanka Garment Buying Offices Association held its Annual General Meeting and Cocktails at the Waters Edge Hotel, Battaramulla on Friday 18th March 2011 amidst large gathering. The Chief Guest on this Occasion was The Brazilian Ambassador H.E.Mr. Pedro Henrique Lopes Borio and his Deputy Head of Mission Mr.Jose Roberto Procopiak –was the Guest of Honour.

A new Committee was elected for the year 2011 – 2012.

At the Annual General Meeting it was proposed that the name of the Sri Lanka Garment Buying Office Association be changed to "Sri Lanka Apparel Sourcing Association". This was unanimously accepted and adopted by the general membership present.
