1. 18^th Annual General Meeting 2011 – Sri Lanka Apparel Sourcing Association

The Sri Lanka Garment Buying Offices Association held its Annual General Meeting and Cocktails at the Waters Edge Hotel, Battaramulla on Friday 18th March 2011 amidst large gathering. The Chief Guest on this Occasion was The Brazilian Ambassador H.E.Mr. Pedro Henrique Lopes Borio and his Deputy Head of Mission Mr.Jose Roberto Procopiak –was the Guest of Honour.

2. Bowling Tournament 2011

A bowling tournament organized by the SLGBOA was held at Excel World – Colombo 10 on Saturday 29th January 2011. There were 180 participants and it was a day of excitements and thrills for all the Buying Offices that participated. Finally, MAST Far East (A) immerged as Champions while Next Sourcing Ltd (A) was 1st Runners up and Brandix Intimate Apparel Ltd was 2nd Runners Up. The awards were given away by Mr.Viran Perera, CEO of MAST Far East.

3. 15^th Annual Six – A – Side Soft Ball Cricket Tournament 2010

The SLGBOA held its 15th Annual Six-A-Side Soft Ball Cricket Tournament at the NCC Grounds on Saturday 16th October 2010. It was a full day session as 28 Men's Teams and 08 Ladies Teams battled for the Challenge Trophies.

4. 08^th Annual Quiz Competition 2010

The SLGBOA held its 08th Annual Quiz Show at the Clancy's – Colombo 07 on Friday, 03rd December 2010. 31 teams participated while TNT Express emerged as the winners.
1st Runner Up was MAS Intimates (Pvt) Ltd. (B) and 2nd Runner Up was MAS Intimates (Pvt) Ltd. (A).

5. Annual General Meeting 2010

Annual General Meeting of the Association was held at Waters Edge - Battaramulla on Friday 26th March 2010 amidst a large and distinguished gathering followed by cocktails.

6. Annual Bowling Tournament 2010

A Bowling Tournament organized by the SLGBOA was held at the Excel World – Colombo 10 on 13th February 2010. There were 140 participants and it was a day of excitement and thrills for all the Buying Offices that participated.
Finally Columbia Sports Wear Company immerged as Champions while the Buying House was 1st Runners Up and MAS Active – Linea Intimo was 2nd Runners Up.
